Kroger e-Coupons
If you shop at Kroger you can load e-coupons directly onto your Kroger card. When you check out, they will automatically get used.
You may combine these coupons with manufacturer coupons (double up)!
Just remember you can only keep up to 25 coupons loaded on your card. Since there’s a limit, you first might want to look at all the coupons from the three different sites (linked below) and determine which coupons you’ll need in order to make the most of your deals. Then load your card with a total of 25 coupons. Print what you load to keep track.
After a coupon is used (for a single item), it is removed from your card.

Go here to load all the current e-coupons from Shortcuts to your Kroger card. Shortcuts e-coupons are a separate balance and can maintain 20 total e-coupons at any given time.
All e-coupons can take anywhere from 24-48 hours to show as “redeemed” on your account. Be careful - don’t try to reuse them. It won’t work.
This is all good information to know. In the event there are multiple e-coupons you want to take advantage of but your card is full, you will have to wait until the e-coupons are showing as redeemed and then load others to make a separate trip later in the week. However, before you rush back out, consider the gas it will cost to go there again, your time, etc. The savings may not be worth it (unless you’re already going).
Ultimately, you will have to be selective as to which coupons you’re choosing to load on your card. How disappointing to load a coupon that I really didn’t need only to find that my card was full when there was a coupon I really did need.
From all the chatter I’ve been listening to, this is the future of coupons and Kroger is the guinea pig. Let’s take advantage of coupon stacking while we still have it!

Are there stores other than Kroger’s that I can use my makinglifebetter™ eCoupons?
There are nine retailers participating in the makinglifebetter™ program from Kroger:
Kroger, Ralph’s, King Sooper’s, Fry’s, Smith’s, Dillons, QFC, JayC and City Market.
What is the maximum number of coupons I can load onto my shopper’s card?
There is a maximum of 25 coupons that may be loaded onto your shopper’s card at any one point in time (including other types of offers from other sources). Once you use a coupon, you may load another coupon onto your card.
Can I remove coupons from my shopper’s card without spending them?
No, once coupons have been entered onto your shopper’s card, they cannot be removed. They need to remain on your card until they expire.
Can I load multiples of a coupon onto my shopper’s card?
No, each coupon may only be loaded onto your card once.
How long does it take until my coupons are active on my card once I enter them?
It takes up to 1 hour before the coupons are available on your card to redeem at your retail store. The only exception is if you use your alternate identifier (usually your phone number) on your first visit to the makinglifebetter™ eCoupons site. That first visit it will take up to 24 hours for coupons to be available on your card.
What happens if my discount did not apply when I purchased my product at the store?
